Creativity Inspired Retreats 2024
Spend a day within the Tranquillity of Turvey Monastery exploring your own creativity and sharing a delicious cooked lunch. No previous art or craft experience is necessary. The day commences at 9.45am with a welcoming hot drink and concludes at approximately 4pm with tea and cake! Hot drinks are available throughout the day. Cyanotype printing is one of the earliest forms of photographic printing. We will be collecting grasses, leave, flowers and feathers to lay upon the photographic paper which will be left in the sunshine for a short while and create a beautiful print or two for you to take home.
This workshop is suitable for all, no experience necessary.

A weekend silent retreat at the Benedictine Monastery of Christ Our Saviour, Turvey (near Bedford)

With regular meditation sessions each day, the emphasis throughout the weekend will be on creating a safe shared space, finding a way to sit together in contemplative silence, cultivating an openness to whatever arises and attending to what it is that we are being shown.
